Since 1998, Freeman & Associates has been building high quality structures.  Founded by Ruben Freeman, Freeman & Associates is comprised of highly trained staff with a wealth of experience and skill.  Ruben Freeman, Anna Freeman and Marian Sanders combine their strengths to create an unbeatable force in the construction industry.  This team's goal is to provide the best customer service in the construction industry. 

Ruben Freeman, CEO, President, Owner
Ruben is the owner and president of Freeman & Associates.  Ruben has heavy experience in all forms of housing construction including apartments, student housing, military housing, assisted living facilities, tax credit projects, HUD housing, and renovation projects. In addition, he also has experience in all types of commercial construction. Ruben is proud of the fact that he is personally available to clients and stays involved in all aspects of the daily operations and in the management of every project.

 

Anna Freeman, Chief of Operations
Anna oversees operation of office procedures and policies.  As a graduate of Meridith College, she is more than capable of handling all Human Resource responsibilities, office management, and organization of financial and business protfolios.  Anna provides strategic financial and business planning while managing Accounts Payable and Receivables.  Anna enjoys working closely  with all project managers, superintendents, and closeout managers.  

 
Marian Sanders, Project Manager 
Manage all project schedules, scopes and resources.  Coordinate job details such as permitting, deliveries of storage containers, equipment and decor orders.  Schedule and communicte with all subcontractors to facilitiate all daily work.  Maintain constant communication with the supervising contractor, constructor manager, sub-contractors and owner to ensure a consistent flow of information to all parties involved.  Manage each project from the beginning of the bidding process to the final punchlist sign-off.
